About Me
Hi, I’m Regine Amos a licensed social worker with roots in the Bronx and upbringing in upstate NY. My journey led me to Atlanta for college, where I quickly discovered the joy of escaping COLD snowy winters!
I've always been fascinated by people's stories and have a natural ability to create a safe space where you can explore yours. As a fellow human, I understand the importance of enjoying the journey and not just the destination.

I specialize in working with BIPOC Zillennials—both Gen Z and Millennials. Many of my clients are high-achievers who excel in their endeavors yet wrestle with self-doubt and imposter syndrome. I work with individuals and partners, including ethically non-monogamous partners and/or multiple partners seeking to deepen their connection and improve communication.

My clients learn to cultivate self-compassion and gain insights into how their past attachments influence their present relationships. Through this process, many discover clarity in defining their needs and reclaiming a sense of control. They reconnect with their authentic selves, which had been there all along.
My approach is grounded in authenticity, cultural humility, and a commitment to social justice. Whether you're navigating personal growth, relationship challenges, or exploring your identity, I'm here to support you on your path to healing and self-discovery.

Let's embark on this transformative journey together—where you can embrace your strengths, find clarity, and reconnect with your true self.
“Burnout is an ailment of the soul. We burn out in large part because we believe work is the sure path to social, moral, and spiritual flourishing.” - Malesic
Treatment Approach
I approach therapy through a systems theory lens, blending Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT) and Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT) to support individuals and couples on their journey towards healing and growth.

Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT) provides a framework to explore and transform relational patterns by focusing on emotional bonds and attachment needs. This approach helps uncover underlying emotions and dynamics that influence relationship satisfaction and connection.

Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT) emphasizes mindfulness, acceptance, and values-based actions to promote psychological flexibility. By cultivating awareness of thoughts and emotions, ACT empowers clients to align their actions with their values, leading to greater fulfillment and resilience.

I create a compassionate and collaborative space where clients can explore their thoughts, experiences, and emotions without judgment. Drawing from EFT and ACT, I assist individuals and couples in uncovering and addressing relational and personal challenges. Together, we work towards developing insight, resilience, and practical skills to navigate life’s complexities.
Whether you’re navigating relationship issues, coping with anxiety or stress, or seeking personal growth, I am here to support you. Let’s embark on a journey of self-discovery, healing, and resilience together.
